On chassis jobs, one of the first questions asked (after "how much?")

is "when can I get it?" or "how long will it take?" I build customer bikes in the

EXACT order that I receive the required 50% deposit, no exceptions.

I do go the extra mile to quickly repair damaged chassis' for my customers

during the race season. Below is a bunch or boring, but important legal stuff.

Terms:

You may prepay your order to save on C.O.D. charges, but COD orders are also accepted.

If a C.O.D. delivery is refused we will require full prepayment for future orders. Certified checks

or money orders are preferred to expedite clearance for prepaid orders. If I have to call and beg

you to pay your bill, your future orders will arrive COD, cashiers check only.

Prices and Specifications:

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Special orders require

a 50% non-refundable deposit . Returned items are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.

Delivery:

All merchandise will be shipped the fastest, most economical method, usually UPS surface,

unless you specify Red Label (overnight), Blue Label (2^nd day), Orange Label (3^rd day) or

another carrier such as Parcel Post, Federal Express, etc. Truck shipments require full

prepayment and are sent freight collect.

Claims:

Damage claims must be made with the freight carrier. Claims regarding content error

must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.

Warranty:

Weekend Frame Co. warrants to the original purchaser the racing components listed

in this catalog as manufactured by us to be free from defects in material and workmanship

under normal use and service. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the

repair or exchange of any parts or parts which may thus prove defective under normal use

and services within thirty (30) days from the date of installation by the original purchaser

and which our examination shall disclose to our satisfaction to be thus defective.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including

the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and all other obligations or liabilities

on our part, and we neither assume, nor authorize any Person to assume for us, and other

liability in connection with the sale of these components. This warranty shall not apply to

Weekend Frame Co. components or any part thereof which has been subject to accident,

negligence, alteration, abuse or misuse. We make no warranty whatsoever with respect to

accessories or parts not supplied by us. The term "original purchaser" as used in this

warranty, shall be deemed to mean that person to whom the Weekend Frame Co.

components were originally delivered. This warranty shall apply only within the boundaries

of the continental United States.

YOUR LIFE DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

WEEKEND FRAME CO, INC. WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS,

DAMAGE, OR INJURY DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM THE

USE OR INABILITY TO DETERMINE THE PROPER USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.

ALL THE ITEMS WE SELL ARE IN KIT FORM. THEREFORE, INSPECTION

OF ALL PARTS AND ASSEMBLIES AND PREPARATION FOR USE IS THE

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER. BEFORE USING, THE PURCHASER

SHALL ALSO DETERMINE THE SUITABILITY OF THE PRODUCT(S) FOR IT'S

INTENDED USE, AND THE USERS SHALL ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY

AND RISK IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. ALL WEEKEND FRAME CO, INC.

PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED FOR RACE PURPOSES ONLY AND AS SUCH

ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE ON PUBLIC ROADS AND HIGHWAYS.

Crating and Shipping services are available
